Oh my gosh my lifes really busy now a days with getting ready for the interview at the Loughborough college, doing my portfolio and doing a Child Protection course that the Lighthouse Learning Project as run in the half term on Monday at 10am till 4pm.

Ontop of that I'm doing a campaign about save the aylestone meadows nature reserve from the football development that the city council want to build there, they want to build two huge astro turfed football pitches complette with a clubhouse, extra parking, more floodlights and really, really tall fencing that looks like prison fencing which is not in keeping with the nature reserve at all. Anyway I made a facebook group called "Save Aylestone Meadows Nature Reserve" and I was only expecting to have the odd couple people join but I was happiely shocked because when I made it, it just grow and grow and grow every second every minute of the day.

Within 3 days I had, had 300 people join and were putting posts up constantly on the groups wall then 4 days it went upto 500, 5 days it had gone upto 600 and it was amazing how many people had joined then after nearly 2 weeks of the group being set up by me there was over 1,200 people that had joined and was sending in objection letters. We've sent in over 115 objection letters now maybe more, and hopefully more to come. A few days ago the group was in the Leicester Mercury with lets say just a little bit of a mix up which was fine and just yesterday it was in the Leicester Mercury with my the creator and admin of the group.

I'm sorry that I haven't been posting for a very long time but it's been really hectic lately,

Because it's getting closer for me to go to college and it's a bit step for me a 100% home educated teen to end my home education life and then go to college, all my friends say that it's actually not that big deal but they don't really understand how bigger step it is for me and to be honest I'm a bit scared, mostly excitement but I am scared because I don't know what it's going to be like I mean I've never been in a class room for the start.

I know that I'm going to be fine but I'm struggling with the idea of me actually going to college, it's the only thing that's been on my mind all the time, I still haven't finished my personal statement for my application for the college yet so I'm worring a bit.

On the 5th me and mum wen to Abbey Park Campus Leicester College to see a career advisor there because I have no clue what happens in a college or the course that will suit me.

The man that I saw for the career advisor meeting was really nice to me, I thought that he would only just talk to my mum because mum told me that some career advisors do do that and no talk to the youths that want to apply to get into the college so I braced myself for that but he talked to me all the time and when my mum and asked him something he would both talk to me and mum which was great. He told me that it might be a good idea to go to connexions and pick up all the college stuff there and apply to more then 1 college even though I knew I wanted to go to Abbey Park Campus College

I've nearly finished my personal statement letter because I'm home educated so I don't really have any qualifactions apart from my Bronze and Silver Arts Award, so my career advisor said "I think that you should write a letter to put with your application form because it will make it more easier for me to get into the college" So I've done just what he's said :) The good thing about career advisors is that he said that I can drop off my application form into the Student Services for the attention of him which is great, so he's going to read throug it and tell me what he thinks and what I need to change to make it better.

I know that I'm going to be fine but I'm strugglering with the idea of me actually going to college it's the only thing thats been on my mind all the time I still haven't finished my personal statment for my application for the college.

You can now say that it is officially winter now because I woke up and looked out my window and it was snowing, Mum says that it started snowing when she woke up which was 8:00 I think not quite sure because I was snugged up warm in my really warm pjs and my double dovet cover playing Lego Rock Band on my Nintendo DS which I must admit I've been a bit addicted to lately :D but it's great fun though, it's a bit like Rock Hero but I think a bit better but then again I haven't played Rock Hero on the DS Yet I'm planning to though.

Another thing to say it's winter apart from the snow is it's bitterly cold now especially when your boilers broken so the only hot water you can have is from boiling it in the kettle, I say it's living in a history experiement :D it's quite fun but not at the same time if that makes sense, the only room that is toasty warm is the living room and that's the only room in the whole house that is warm.

Enough with the moaning and groaning about the house being absolutely freezing :D I like Winter because it makes a change from all the other seasons we have need to have a bit of variety in your life :)

I can't believe that it's 2010 it doesn't seem real to me for some odd reason I finally got my head round me being 16 now which is good, I love being 16 it feels like I've got more doors that are opening up for me to advanture into and different places that I'm going to like College and getting a saterday job.

I'm hoping that I'm going to get a saterday job in lush I would love to work in lush it's so amazing in there :) the people in there are really friendly and nice to so I would fit in perfectly :D

Oh my gosh I can't believe this I'm in two treasuries in Esty that is amazing, for people to get treasuries and for it to be put up on Etsy and to be seen is actually quite hard I wouldn't be able to do it myself.

Both my performances, my dancing open class and Choir Consert went really, well I love the Choir I'm in everyone is so lovely and friendly and the choir tutor is just the best, she's so bubbly and welll.... like me :D she makes come back every week as well as my friends there to but she believes in me and she says that I have a great voice which helped me a alot with my performance at the Olive's Bar for my Silver Arts Award.

Hopefully the next choir consert that we have I will be able to sing a solo, so fingers crossed for me then :)

It's weird not having Drama, Dance, Arts Award and Choir on at herrick road because it leaves my days so empty but that's good because it's gave me a chance to cook again and I forgot how fun cooking was. So I've started cooking again and I've got more time to talk to my friends on msn and facebook because my worst nightmare would be loosing all my friends becuase I've been to involved with my work and that so I'm keeping my social and educational life upto date too :D

Sorry that I haven't posted stuff for a long time but I've been really busy getting ready for performances and that yesterday I did a Open class with my contempory dance group at Herrick road, I really enjoyed it yeah I did mess up a bit but that was fine because I wasn't the only one that messed up.

After the open class had finished I was so hyper, it felt like I was running around on the ceiling :D my dad wasn't helping that much either, he kepy making my laugh and it just echoed all around the theatre room.

My dance tutor (Rachel) was really, really proud of me and so was my mum and dad which is a great feeling on top of being hyper :) When I was talking to Rachel with mum she gave me so many complements saying how well I had done and how hard it is to fit into a group that knows each other and coming back every week.

I'm really busy now a days doing stuff almost everyday, it's really good keeping myself busy and doing stuff that I really enjoy doing because with Contempory dance, drama and choir at the end of it when you've got everything perfect or nearly perfect XD you get to share it with your friends and family and it's just great performing for me because I just get a real buzz out of being on stage and performing I love it so much.

Last year I performed Julia Caesar at Curve which is the new theatre in leicester so it was really exciting knowing the we were going to perform there in a showcase, after we performed the play I was so hyped up, I really enjoyed it so much apart from the part were I got my big toe stood on and started bleeding, that was really painfull, but that's just a little tiny thing that doesn't really matter. I loved bowing to all the audience and them clapping to us, I hope that we can perform at the curve a other time.

Monday I've got Drama from 6:45pm to 8:45pm,
Tuesday I've got arts award from 6:00pm to 7:00pm then from 7:15pm till 8:30 I've got contempory dance, Thursday I've got Choir from 6:00pm to 7:30pm then from 7:30pm till 10:00pm I've got African drumming on fosse road,
Saterday and Sunday I'm traveling with my mum to craft shows to peterborbough, shugborough, kettering and loads of other places.

This Thursday after Choir I went to Olive's Bar and oh wow it is so pretty in there, it's a pretty good size stage well it's not really a stage but a other sitting area that is made into a performing area but yeah.

I sitting there listening to the other performarers and thinking omg I can't do this, I was biting my fingernails and not able to stop feeling so uneasy and like I'm the youngest there (which I was) but now I had a bit of time to carm down and I'm thinking now that I can do it and I am going to when I'm 16 next year, it was either next year or two weeks time that I perform, I'm not ready yet to perform in two weeks time so it will have to be when I'm 16 which is fine I feel more relaxed about it now.

Wish me luck when I perform I think I'll need all of the luck that I will be able to get, my worst nightmare would be to forget the lyrics or do the wrong chords and then just freeze not being able to do anything.

First night in our caravan :D

Me and mum went to Hatton Farm Craft Show on Saturday and Sunday 7th and 8th and we took our little caravan with us XD the other craft shows that mum had done we needed to use my Nans caravan which our car was struggling to pull but when we took our caravan to Hatton it was so nice the car could manage pulling it so nicely my dad said "Well isn't this nicer then pulling the other caravan" I started laughing when he said that.

It didn't take that long to get to Hatton Fair I think if I remember correctly it was 48 miles from Leicester which isn't far at all but dad didn't fancy the idea with not taking the caravan and going to Hatton four times, I can understand that, I had to wake up at 6:00 in the morning so we could go to my Nans house so we could hitch up the caravan and then we set off.

We arrived at Hatton Farm about 8:30 and no one was there which wasn't that good and it was so bitterly cold I mean I was wearing a strapy top, t-shirt, long sleeved top, a wooling jumper and a really warm long coat and I was still freezing cold. We walked around for a bit and found out where the craft marquee was and where we could park the caravan so we unpacked the car and caravan, set the stall up and then unhitched the caravan and sorted out in there then dad went home which was a shame because I always have a great time with him at the shows, he's the best dad in the world.

The first day of the show was quite slow but we were getting some sales, the day felt so long I don't know why but it did, I was so happy to leave the craft marquee and go into the warmth of the caravan when mum was cooking dinner, I wasn't quite sure about being in the caravan and not camping because I've always camped and never camped in a caravan so it took me a while for me to get used to the caravan.

When you're in a caravan it feels like it's 10:00 but it's only 6:00 that felt very odd so me and mum had a lot of fun and laughing our heads off playing scrabble when we're both tired :D

I was so tired that I actually forgot that I was in the caravan, I got into my sleeping bag and in a flash I was out for the count :)

The next day of the craft show was even more worse, it was much colder then the first day and it was raining so nobody was about because it was raining, when it got to about 2:00pm it did hurry up a bit more and then we got sales coming I was like Yay yay yay we've got sales which was great the people there we're really friendly too so we've made loads of friends as we normally do at the craft shows :)

Oh my guess I can't believe it we've actually got our own caravan now :) it's the most cutest thing I've ever seen, it's sooo tiny and sweet I love it to bits. I saw dad driving down the road pulling this tiny little thing behide it and I was like awwwwwwwwww so adorable XD

Our caravan is half the size of my nans caravan which we borrowed for the first craft fair me and mum well mum done :( but oh well I'm going to Hatton Farm Craft Fair with mum tomorrow so I'm really, really excited and looking forward to staying in our cute little dinky caravan :)

Before we started work on our tiny caravan (which will have a name) :) it had this weird stuff on the windows which looked sort of good from the outside but if you were inside mum said "It looks like we're living in a prison" I laughed when she said that it was so funny.

When me and mum were in the caravan sorting it out dad started taking this stuff off the window which I quite liked so I was sad to say goodbye to it but I must admit it looks so much better without it. Now dad thought that it would be easy to take it off...... He was sort of wrong. It's a nightmare to take off we're still on the first window. One down, Three more to go XD

Me and Mum went back the other day to clean and move all of our stuff out of my nans caravan and move it into ours and I was doing this in kitten heels. Stupid right? :D

Our little home is now feeling more homely and is looking more homely too :)

On Thursday I discovered that I had a cold. Well I thought it was a cold; Sore throat when I coughed, sides hurting from all the coughing and lake of energy, then it got to the day of Shugbourugh Hall craft show and I felt utterly rubbish, I found it a struggle to get out of bed, I felt even more terrible then on Thursday, I talked to my mum and she said that I had swine flu, I couldn't believe it, I love doing craft shows with my mum, it's so cheerful ever show I go to with all the crafts and the colours but I knew that I couldn't go because I was so ill, It was really hard seeing mum rushing round the house crazily on Friday; up in the loft, down in the kitchen, up in the loft again getting the camping stuff, in her bedroom sorting her stuck out for the show. Because I couldn't help her get ready and I couldn't go to the show.

Shugborugh Hall is a two day craft show and dad didn't think that much of driving to and back again everyday so we asked my Nana if she would let us have her caravan for all the shows that we got booked till December the 15th. And she said yes, it's the most adorable little caravan. Well I say little but it's quite big for a caravan :D

I texted mum today asking mum how the caravan was so far and she said it's much, much more comfortable then our tent :D I started laughing when I read that text and I replied but our house is much, much, much more comfortable then the caravan XD

Some people think I'm the craziest person on the planet, I mean I have really bright coloured clothes and I mix and match all sorts of styles, I've always got quite manic hairstyles.
I don't mind people calling me crazy and looking at me weirdly when I'm walking in town becuase it's me and there's no way that I'm not going to show people who I really am, I'm a natural normal.... Hang on.... did I just say normal? I am so not normal :) I'm a natural young lady, I don't wear make up when I'm going out, Okay sometimes but that's only for special occasions. I don't like labeling it just doesn't seem right you know? If someone asked me are you a goth, emo, punk, chick or any other label I say no I'm just me it really confuses them, I love it :D but it's true my whole life I've never labeled myself nore anybody else.

Arts Award! Finally getting started

Last Tuesday I had a good surprise, I got my silver arts award book yay XD it's helped me a lot with understanding what I'm actually doing with it now because before I didn't really have a clue to be honest, I handed in my bronze portfolio as well so fingers crossed it will be good enough and it wont come back all covered with postit notes again.

My portfolio has come together quite quickly and well which is surprising.... But good :D I've made six pages so far on my computer for me to print out; Strengths, Weaknesses, Arts Challenge Job List, Action plan and Why I choose my arts challenge.

East of England County Show

Day before Yesterday I went to Peterborough with my mum and dad for a county show, I didn't know what to think because I'd never been to a county show before so I had aboustuly no idea what it would be like.

From our house it took us an hour to get to Peterborough which wasn't bad at all but the worst bit was waking up at 5:00am in the morning, that was a nightmare, when we arrived at the EXEC Peterborough I was really shocked of how huge it was, I was imagining a hall of a manor not a building like this.

There was loads to see there, there was: Rabbits, Rats, Pigeons; Mice, Sheep, Goats; Cows, Bulls, Big Vegetables; Scruffs, Horse Riding, Dog Shows; Dog Charities, Horse Jumping, Litterley everything even a merrego round, Which I did not go on :D

One thing I remember

Life is full of surprises, good ones and bad ones. Whatever life throws at me, whatever it puts in my pathway, whatever it tries to do to hurt me in some sort of way.

I just take it in my stride, if I feel like the whole worlds against me, I don't sit in my room feeling lonely and feeling sorry for myself, I just think to myself "Ok if the whole world is against me then fine I'm still going to enjoy life, I'm still going to do the stuff I love doing" I'm never, never, never, going to give up on life, people who give up on life are quitters, I'm no quitter, I'm a survivor.

Life has so much to still give me, I'm only 15 and I've still got all the rest of my years in front of me, saying to me "Never, never, never give up" So I don't.

In my eyes my life is perfect either that or it's getting there, I've got both my parents to love me to bits, a gorgeous Victorian house in such a caring neighbourhood, a great boyfriend who is living his life to the full who I love dearly and always will, great pets who yes can be pests but they love me and always want hugs from me, I do stuff that I love doing and enjoy.

Even though my life is perfect in my eyes, in others eyes it might not be, they might think it's not a good life and it's a bad life, I don't care, that's their personal view and if they say I have a bad life and that I'm nothing in this world, I don't let it get to me.

College next September, Ahhhhh!!!!

Oh my gosh I can't believe that I'm going to college next September, when I'm sixteen ahh.

It's a terrifing thought me sixteen, I mean I'm growing up, going to go to college. I looked up the college website that I'm hoping to get into, (Abbey Park Campus Leicester College) I'm not quite sure how I can get in without any GCSE's, I didn't want to go to a school just for one day to do my GCSE's so I decided to do them while I was doing my Performing Arts chourse at college.

I'm excited but a bit scared because I don't know what college is like, or what you do there, where you go or anything, but I'm sure I'll be fine when I start.... I hope :)

All of my friends have gone back to College and University now, I'm getting mixed feedback from them all, some of them working, some don't. Some like College and Uni, some don't. All of them say that the classes are boring and dump so I'm like is my college classes going to be like that, I have no idea and to be honest I don't really like not knowing what's going to happen and what it's going to be like.

Just came back from the PLA (Pre-school Learning Alliance) to get loads of pens because I was using them up like a cat scoffs down cat food, which if it's my cat then it's really incredible fast, and a plastic envelope to put my Girls Choir songs in because so far all the songs are scattered around my room and the car.

I used to do some work experience when I was 15 and a half I think it was July it was quite a long time ago, when I turn 16 which is only 2 mouths away I'm going to do some more work experience there and then I can manage the cash machine which is a exciting thought.

Day before yesterday I saw our lovely pumpkin coloured fox having a stretch in the vegetable patch were he was the first, he's so amazing, so alert to his surroundings but still so proud like a lion that is so relaxed and chilled. He stayed in the sun for quite a long time and then retried into the bushes on the right side of our vegetable patch.

I hope to see him again soon, he really brightens my day up, always puts a smile to my face when I see him.

He knows when I'm looking at him it feels, because he looks up to my window sometimes and just looks at me with his gorgeous shaped face. I put food out for him, you know the pouches of stinky food :) I found out that he's living in next doors garden which is a great place for him to live, it's all overground and covered so he's safe there.

Knitting turns into Homework

I've decided to take a brake from knitting for now and work on my favourite subjects; Maths, English, Science, History and Geography.

Just done another English session on Skillswise website which was fun still at the stage of revising grammar but quickly moving up :)
I'm doing Biology (Skeleton anatomy) I love it, it's so much fun, really enjoy it. I'm doing it as I write this post which is interesting I must admit, I found a really good site which has a great Interactive Anatomy Quiz.

Yesterday I had my Monday Drama Youth Group and got the script for Hunchback of Notredame which is really, really exciting. I'm hoping that I get Esmeralda so fingers crossed I get the part but if I don't I'm still happy.

Today I've got my arts award group meeting from 6pm - 7pm, there's one girl who is doing the gold arts award and she's made a dancing group just before arts award starts and she's doing really well so far, last week was her first session with us and she taught us the dance clearly and well. After arts award I've got contemporary dance, I absolutely adore the group because everyone is so friendly and caring, the teacher is the best dance teacher that I've met.

Right I'm sitting here in front of my computer listening XFM on my DAB radio and just thinking about how messy my desk was yesterday, I mean it had all my knitting project all over it.

Yeah I know it's a utter mess, but it's something that I enjoy to do.... I mean the knitting not the making a mess :D Ok getting away from the utter mess yesterday that I made I've finished two more squares..... Yay XD

My mum is the best mum in the world, she's always there when I need help and advice and she always will be, she knows exactly what to say at the right moment.

But there is set back though, she's a knitter, she loves knitting, always knitting, anywhere she is, she's knitting, part of that is because her business, "Created and Felted" is knitting then felting so she's sort of addicted to knitting really :D

Bad thing though the addiction has worn off onto me, sooo I'm knitting all the time, anywhere, everywhere, even when I'm walking around the house.

I'm making a knitted patchwork blanket, that's got 90 knitted squares in and I've only done 23 squares, I've got a long way to go.

This is were I've got to so far and it will be growing, I promise you XD

My nan lent me and my mum her caravan, which means mum and me can do loads and loads of craft shows in November Yay, I really enjoy them so much, I love seeing all the arts and crafts it's great.

We went to my nans house and picked her up then went to my other nans house were the caravan is being kept, my nan showed us around the caravan, it was gorgeous so sweet and big :) I really, really love it, it's more posh then I was expecting though but I'm not complaining about that, I'll put some pictures of it up soon when I've got time to put them on my computer, so busy these days :) which is good XD

After we had, had the tour around the caravan we went back to my nans, and I found a trampoline of course I had to go on it, ok yeah I am 15 but so what adults go on them, anyway I did some star jumps and landing on my bum then bounced back to my feet, one of my attempts was not that good, one second I was jumping then I was on my bum then I bounced up and my knee had found my head, it sooooooooooooooo hurt, I've got the bruise on my knee to prove it :D

I'm sitting here in front of my computer,

when I look out of my bedroom window,

I see the most beautiful coloured animal in the world.

I'm watching a fox sleep in my vegetable plot, he's looks so gorgeous out there with all the greenery around him, He's lying in the middle like a lovely beautiful pumpkin, he knows that we're not going to try and kill him or scare him off.

Just started doing maths with my dad which I'm really really enjoying now, didn't before though but it's great now. I really should be doing Maths, English, Geography, Science and History the one and only Skillwise website now but you guys are more important hehe, Skillwise is so awesome it's there so you can revise but it's not only for teens it's for adults too, you well I don't normally see websites like that.

Looking out of my window it looks like I need to do some gardening too, the gardens all over grown and ever doesn't look nice at all, I'll do that some point in the next year, nah only kidding I'll do it next time the weathers nice :D
